About this venue
The 7er Club at Industriestraße 7, in the industrial harbour area of Mannheim's Neckarstadt-West, has been a family-run live club since 2001 and describes itself as a small club with a big PA. It programmes live gigs from alternative to metal, tribute shows and late parties; past acts include Ian Paice, Samantha Fish, Blaze Bayley, Tygers of Pan Tang, Rage and Extrabreit. From September to April bands play inside on a 6 x 4 m stage; from May to the end of August concerts move outdoors to the courtyard when the weather allows. The club holds 300 guests, has a bar with a cloakroom beside it, a box office at the entrance for door and advance sales, a covered outdoor smoking area and plenty of parking outside, and is wheelchair accessible. It can be hired for private parties, own concerts and weddings.
