Good question! Crescat offers 4 different plan options for each of our products:
- Light - this is best for small teams, venues or festivals as it offers you the basic management tools you need to get started with streamlined event planning.
- Professional - if you're a medium-sized venue, event organizer or festival looking for more administrative capabilities and advanced event coordination features, then this is the plan for you.
- Premium - this is perfect for larger organizations that need advanced features for in-depth event planning and execution.
- Enterprise - if you're here, then you're one of the big boys and you need a customized solution with dedicated support and maximum administrative control.
Technical
Crescat is a web-based platform, so you don’t need state-of-the-art hardware, just a reliable internet connection and a modern web browser. We recommend Google Chrome, Firefox and Safari.
Thankfully Crescat lets you take information offline with the report center found in the settings. Crescat’s collaborative nature means an internet connection is required to make changes.
We offer a range of support options, including:
- A comprehensive knowledge base with helpful articles and tutorials
- Email support for specific questions and troubleshooting.
- Live chat support during business hours based on your plan.
A lot of our daily planning and development of enhancements is driven by user feedback. Updates happen almost every morning in the web app, ensuring you can focus on your priorities while Crescat silently improves. No one's ever stuck with an outdated version of the Crescat platform.
Crescat uses state-of-the-art, end-to-end encryption which prevents unauthorized access by third parties during transit. We also keep backup copies of user data in a separate location. If you’re not exactly sure what that means, it means yes!
Setup and onboarding is always available for a one-time fee, starting from €599. During setup and onboarding we help you setup your organization’s templates and workflows. Onboarding discounts are available via some of our partner industry organizations including NKA, Dansk Live and AIF.
Depending on the size of your organization, onboarding can take as little as 1 hour!
Crescat is intuitive and easy to use, however we recommend booking an onboarding session to ensure you get the maximum value out of our software. If you would rather handle your own setup, we recommend referring to our comprehensive knowledge base and training videos, available here.
Crescat is billed automatically to the payment card you use when setting up your account. You can choose to pay monthly or pay annually and save 8.33% (the equivalent of one month free). If you require alternative payment arrangements, please contact us.

When you create a Crescat account, your data is stored safely and securely across multiple servers. We only use aggregated and anonymized customer data to develop and improve our services and products. Any personal information you provide, for example, name, email address, phone number, is processed in accordance with our privacy policy, available here.

Crescat was conceived and developed in Bergen, Norway and we continue to develop our software out of our office in central Bergen, just around the corner from the historic Bryggen.
