The Anson Rooms is the University of Bristol Students' Union's largest event space, on the first floor of the Richmond Building at 105 Queens Road in Clifton. The building reopened in 2015 after a £30m refurbishment and also holds two theatres, two bars and a range of activity rooms.
The Anson Rooms is one large room with an adjoining side room known as Anson Rooms 2 or the Anson Room Bar; the main space can be divided into two sections, Anson Rooms 5 and 6. It takes touring live music, theatrical productions, dance and performance, conferences and award ceremonies. There is step-free access by lift and ground-level side entrances.

Bristol SU's own venue page gives: Standing 800; Theatre style 480 (recorded as seated); Balls, round tables 250 (recorded as dining); Beer hall 296; Fight Night 380. The last two have no equivalent in this schema and are quoted here in the operator's own wording.
