About this venue
Apex Grassmarket Hotel is a four-star hotel on the south side of the Grassmarket, directly below the castle rock. Its conference and banqueting floor holds seven event spaces led by the Apex Suite, which takes 250 for a drinks reception, 200 theatre-style or 180 for dinner, and the fifth-floor Heights room, which looks out onto Edinburgh Castle through floor-to-ceiling windows and across a balcony.
Five smaller meeting rooms — Sydney, Amsterdam, San Francisco, Montreal and Rome — take between 6 and 80 delegates depending on layout.
