About this venue
Apex Waterloo Place Hotel occupies a Georgian terrace on Waterloo Place, at the east end of Princes Street between Waverley station and Calton Hill. It is one of several Apex hotels in Edinburgh and is not connected to the separate Apex Grassmarket record in this directory.
Four rooms are hired for meetings, conferences, weddings and private events, all with AV equipment, air conditioning and Georgian windows: Calton, Forth, Regent and Waverley. Layouts offered include theatre, classroom, boardroom, U-shape, cabaret, dining and drinks reception, and the hotel also runs a hybrid meetings setup for remote participants.
