Astrup Fearnley Museet

The Astrup Fearnley Museet is a museum of contemporary art on Tjuvholmen in Oslo, designed by the Italian architect Renzo Piano and set beside the Tjuvholmen sculpture park with the Oslo Fjord in front of it. It holds the Astrup Fearnley Collection, one of the largest and most significant private art collections in Norway, and runs a changing programme of exhibitions by leading Norwegian and international contemporary artists. The museum sells tickets through TicketCo for events alongside the exhibitions, including workshops for members. It is open Tuesday to Sunday, with late opening on Thursdays until 19:00 and Mondays open only in July and August. Admission is NOK 120, NOK 80 for students, and free for under-18s and members.
