About this venue
The Auld Gambling Hoose is a live entertainment venue in Alloa, converted from the town's former Premier Bingo hall on Mill Street. The building opened in 1916 as the La Scala Cinema and later traded as the Gaumont, Odeon, Classic and De Luxe cinemas before becoming a bingo club in 1971; Premier Bingo closed in 2023 and the building reopened as a live music and tribute-act venue.
It regularly hosts tribute bands and touring shows, covering acts such as Judas Priest, Motley Crue, The Beatles, Blondie and Lady Gaga.
