About this venue

Bestwood Miners Welfare is a former miners' welfare institute on Park Road in Bestwood Village, run by the Bestwood Miner's Welfare Charity as a community venture and open to the general public. CAMRA lists it as open, serving two changing cask beers, and records a hall among its facilities; the charity's own site says bookings are available through the week and at weekends outside normal opening hours. CAMRA titles the bar "Welfare Pub & Kitchen", and the food register carries the premises as "Bestwood Miners Welfare".
