About this venue
Bigglestones Books is an independent bookshop on Glassford Street in Glasgow's Merchant City, run by Ian and Drew and built around Scottish literature and new voices. Alongside the shop it hosts a small programme of events at its own premises — author talks, book launches, signings and poetry nights — and also stages occasional launches at larger venues elsewhere in the city. It occupies the premises formerly held by The Gallery Bookshop.
