About this venue
Birmingham School of Art is Birmingham City University's art school, housed in the Grade I listed Venetian Gothic building on Margaret Street opened in 1885 as the first purpose-built municipal school of art in England. Its studios and galleries open to the public for free exhibitions, the annual degree show and student-led events.
