Its ground-floor room, the Vennel, is an atrium-style space with a glass roof and a handcrafted bar built into a repurposed shipping container, hired for weddings, corporate events, private parties, live music and brand activations. External catering is permitted.
The same operator also markets a second space, Bridge Gardens. Its own page for that space gives no address and does not say whether it is part of the Washington Street building, so it is not recorded here.
Events hall
Operator's own site gives the Vennel as 180 standing and 60 banquet seating; "banquet" mapped to dining. Tagvenue gives "200 standing" / "90 seats" and Skiddle gives 70 for the whole venue - the operator's figures are recorded and the disagreement noted.
