BOXPARK Liverpool occupies the historic Canning Hall at Cains Brewery Village in the Baltic Triangle, and opened on 19 April 2024 as the first Boxpark site outside London. The 16,000 sq ft space holds around ten kitchen units, three internal bars, an internal mezzanine and an external terrace and garden. Eight kitchen units are registered with the food-hygiene authority as Units 1-8 at the Boxpark address, and match the traders the operator currently lists.
It runs a year-round events programme of live music, DJs, quiz nights, sports screenings, boxing, MMA and comedy. Recurring Liverpool nights include a weekly Wednesday Salsa Social and the weekly Big Fat Quizbox, alongside family days, bingo shows and large screenings. The venue is open Wednesday to Sunday, roughly 11am to 11pm with a later 3pm start on Wednesdays, and closed Monday and Tuesday; it also closes or opens late on days given over to a private booking.
Boxpark lets the site for parties, drinks receptions, conferences, meetings, media shoots, fight weigh-ins and full-site takeovers, with in-house AV and seating arranged to suit, all handled through an enquiry form. A 3D tour of the Liverpool site is published on the operator's venue-hire page.
The capacities recorded against the individual areas below come from the hire marketplace Tagvenue rather than from a figure Boxpark itself publishes, and are flagged as such.
