About this venue

Burdall's Yard is a community arts hub in a former brewery and nightclub near Cleveland Bridge, Bath, with three stone-vaulted performance spaces (Main Stage, Gallery, Studio) for live music, theatre, comedy and exhibitions. Next Stage Theatre Company's five-year lease ended in summer 2026, handing the venue to BLOC (Bath Laboratory of Culture), a new community interest company; BLOC's opening party is 26 September 2026, with existing programming continuing through the transition.
