About this venue
Cathcart Bowling Club sits between its two greens off Ashmore Road in Cathcart, on Glasgow's south side, and has been in existence for around 140 years.
Alongside bowls the club runs a dance hall, a lounge, a licensed bar, a snooker room and outdoor decking, and the hall is used for tribute nights, comedy and private functions. It was a venue for the Glasgow International Comedy Festival in March 2026.
