How to book accessible tickets: To see the availability of Accessible Tickets that can be purchased online select the appropriate
option from the All Ticket Types button on the right hand side of the page and then choose your
required tickets.
By purchasing an Accessible ticket, you confirm that you or a member of your party require
Accessible tickets. Proof of eligibility/disability/companion ticket requirement, must be provided
before the event. You will be contacted by the team to confirm your accessibility requirements
ahead of the event. Tickets may be cancelled if misuse is suspected/found.
Wheelchair Accessible
This is a ticket giving access to the accessible platform. There is space on the platform for
wheelchairs and some seating is also provided. Please do not purchase Wheelchair accessible tickets
if you don't need these facilities, those with the greatest need, who otherwise would not be able to
attend, will be prioritised. You will be contacted by the team to confirm your accessibility
requirements. Change'Ticket Quantity to 1 Wheelchair accessible ticket (Free Companion ticket
must be added at the time of booking along with the paid Wheelchair accessible ticket).
Ambulant Accessible
This is a ticket giving access to the general admission area, you will be contacted by the team to
confirm your accessibility requirements. Change Ticket Quantity to 1 Ambulant Accessible ticket
(Free Companion ticket must be added at the time of booking along with the paid General Admission
Accessible ticket).
BSL Interpreters
If you require a BSL interpreter please book General Admission tickets and contact us at
access at ticketmaster.co.uk at least 6 weeks prior to the event, so we can make arrangements for
your interpreter.
