About this venue
The Congress Centrum Ulm sits directly on the green bank of the Danube and is attached to the Maritim Hotel, which provides its catering. Its three halls are let by Ulm-Messe GmbH for events ranging from company parties and international conferences to large concert galas.
The Einsteinsaal is an asymmetric hall with a straight timber side wall and a curved plastered wall with boxes cut into it. It can be used as a concert hall, congress room or banquet hall: the stage can be raised on choir risers, the forestage serves as an orchestra pit or a stage extension, and the rear wall opens onto the 990 m² foyer. With its gallery and four boxes it seats up to 1,487 in rows. The Kepler Saal, in the cylindrical building above the entrance, seats 320 and is lit by a band of windows, and the 90 m² Gartensaal opens at ground level towards the river and the Neu-Ulm bank opposite.
