About this venue
Dansens Hus, in operation since 1991, is Sweden's national stage for contemporary dance and its largest guest stage for dance, presenting Swedish and international productions. Besides its own programme the house lets three stages: the Main Stage (about 782 seats) for larger performances and public events, the Blackbox (about 140 seats) and the Studio Stage (about 119 seats, with a telescopic grandstand that rolls out in ten minutes). The stages are used for performances, book launches, concerts, lectures, workshops and rehearsals. Pricing is quoted on request.
