About this venue
Die Winzer, the Kunst- und Kulturclub at Martin-Luther-Straße 5, opened in 2000 in old pharmacy rooms full of wood, art on the walls, a record collection, enamel signs and a piano at the back. It serves wines from small producers with a small seasonal menu of savoury dishes.
Its small stage hosts readings, music from chanson to jazz trios, political and parody cabaret and other small-arts programmes, along with changing art exhibitions and the Saarbrücker Kultur-Salon as an open format for meeting and exchange. The club marked its 25th anniversary with three days of events at the end of October 2026. The Winzer-Stadel, a separate room, is let for private parties of about 30 guests, with catering planned individually.
