About this venue

Dockber Farm is a private farm site off the A59 at Sawley, near Clitheroe, on the Lancashire/Yorkshire border in the Ribble Valley. Since 2006 it has been the fixed home of Beat-Herder, an independent summer music festival that grew from a small gathering of friends into a multi-stage, multi-day event drawing around 10,000 people across electronic, reggae, folk and rock programming, with past headline acts including Chic, Happy Mondays and The Orb.

Beyond the festival, the farm has also hosted standalone concerts by touring artists, including Zero 7, Armand Van Helden, Mr. Scruff and Transglobal Underground.
