Download Festival Please buy your event ticket first (please note we do not have a separate Accessible ticket) You will then need to apply for any accessible facilities and Essential Companion ticket by completing the Festival Accessible facilities Application form. Essential Companion Essential companion tickets are only available to those who have purchased a ticket and are issued by completing the festival Accessible Applications form. Do not buy a ticket for your essential companion as this cannot be refunded. The accessible campsite is at full capacity. All other accessible facilities are still available. Download Festival: All disabled customers are welcome at Download, but as it is a greenfield site there are steep stony hilly sections of the site, meaning that sometimes access across the site is not that easy. Stewards however, will be around to assist.
