About this venue
The Dovecot is an all-day bar and kitchen at 117-119 Linthorpe Road in Middlesbrough town centre, with a terrace and a large gin selection. It serves food including small plates, Sunday lunch and bottomless brunch.
Music is part of the weekend offer: live acoustic or band sets on Friday evenings and on Saturday afternoons, followed by an in-house DJ late into the night. Skiddle lists the venue's capacity at 300.
A private function room is available to hire seven days a week for parties, meetings, showers and hospitality events. It currently holds 70 guests (the venue says this is soon to rise to 100) and has its own staffed bar, private toilets and a built-in sound system; enquiries go through the form on the venue's website.
