About this venue

Eddahallen is a combined sports hall and event arena in Skellefteå, within a wellness complex with swimming facilities, gym and café, about ten minutes from the city centre. According to the municipality's organiser page (updated 25 March 2026), the A-hall is approved for 1,100 people with 655 seats in the stands, wheelchair places and room for chairs on the floor; the floor is 42 by 21 metres with a clear height of 7.8 metres (6.3 metres at the basketball hoops), and a standard arrangement seats about 1,100. The venue has parking for people with reduced mobility at the entrance, a lift and a café for about 50. There is no spectator cloakroom, ceiling anchoring is not allowed and the organiser handles cabling. Visit Skellefteå says it has hosted the Titanic exhibition (2018) and Van Gogh Alive (summer 2023) and suits trade fairs and public stage shows. Hire prices were not found; bookings go through the municipal booking office.
