About this venue
Filmstudion is a converted industrial warehouse on Lindholmen in Gothenburg, in use as a film and TV studio since 2009 and now also a concert and events venue. It has two fully equipped stages: Studio 1, the 900 m2 main stage, and Studio 2, a 350 m2 room that is the home of the in-house concert club En Hemlig Artist and can be used separately. Together with the relaxed space Studio 3 the venue can host groups of 100 to 2,000. Its calendar is dominated by touring rock and metal acts, with some pop. The shows are standing, with a cloakroom, bars on site, a dedicated wheelchair area and a ramped entrance; the age limit is 18 unless stated, and the venue is cash-free. The venue can also be booked for exhibitions, corporate events, film productions and performances through its contact form.
