About this venue

Flustret is a restaurant, nightclub and event venue in central Uppsala, next to the Svandammen pond and the Stadsträdgården city garden. The venue says it has been a hub for gatherings and receptions in Uppsala since 1842. It runs recurring club nights and student parties (for example a 50+ disco, student fests and a spring start party) and offers party hire for kick-offs, conferences, birthdays, dissertation dinners and weddings, with DJ and bartender packages and group activities. Destination Uppsala lists four conference rooms and three group rooms, with 250 in cinema seating, 150 school seating and a 200-person banquet capacity; in summer the banquet hall moves outdoors behind the building ("Flustret in the Park"). The venue's own site advertises party space from 30 up to 2,000 guests.
