About this venue
The Frog and Fiddle is a pub and live music venue at 313-315 High Street, Cheltenham, operated by Butcombe Brewing Co. It has supported local live music since 1998. It hosts shows most weekends, and often midweek, in its dedicated live music space, The Barn.
Programming runs from underground touring bands and bigger names from the alternative scene to showcases of Gloucestershire talent, spanning metal, pop and hip hop. The pub also runs festivals and all-dayers, including its annual FrogFest, and was a host venue for the Crosstown Traffic festival in 2026.
Away from gigs, the Frog has pool tables, live sport on multiple screens, bookable karaoke and darts, Butcombe craft beers and cocktails, and a dog-friendly beer garden. It is over-18s only and wheelchair accessible. A versatile space is available for private parties, events and meetings.
