About this venue
Gamla Ullevi is a football arena in central Gothenburg run by Got Event, the City of Gothenburg's event and arena company, and is a separate venue from Ullevi stadium. The original ground opened in 1916; the present arena was rebuilt on the same site and had its first match on 5 April 2009. It is home to IFK Göteborg, GAIS and Örgryte IS and has also hosted women's national-team internationals. The pitch is 105 x 68 m; capacity is 18 454 with partial standing or 16 603 all seated. The arena has 23 boxes, two restaurants, 17 kiosks and about 2 500 square metres of commercial space for rent. Got Event sells premium packages and boxes by the season or by the match, and a separate restaurant and conference operation offers 12:ans Salong (the west lounge), a football pub that groups of at least 25 can hire, and Bar Allians, a bar and lounge that can be booked for company events or private gatherings. The arena's own pages give no street number; the nearest street in OpenStreetMap is Ullevigatan, and the Skånegatan 10 address on the Got Event pages is Got Event's own office at Ullevi, not the arena.
