About this venue

Göta Lejon is a theatre in a former cinema on Götgatan in the middle of Södermalm, Stockholm. The programme covers touring concerts, musicals, ballet and comedy. The auditorium seats 1,106, of which 721 are in the stalls, with unobstructed sightlines and an intimate feel despite the size; with adapted lighting it also works for smaller groups. The foyer with its bar can be hired for receptions or its own event, and there is a restaurant. Hire enquiries go to the theatre, which offers viewings and price proposals.
