Horten bibliotek is the public library for Horten in Vestfold, on Apotekergata in the town centre. Alongside lending it keeps a busy events calendar: talks and debates on subjects from climate to philosophy, Norwegian language practice groups, sewing evenings, games days and cultural events. Ticketed events go through TicketCo. Open Monday to Thursday 08:00-19:00 and Friday 08:00-16:00.
