About this venue
Istindportalen is the culture house of Målselv, run jointly by the municipality and the Norwegian Armed Forces. It is the permanent home of Hålogaland Teater and also hosts touring theatre companies, a cinema showing films on their Norwegian premiere dates, the main municipal library, a cultural school, music rehearsal rooms and a climbing wall.
