About this venue
Kafé de luxe is a restaurant and cultural venue in a historic house a hundred metres from Växjö's railway and bus station. The cellar and living-room stages host a busy calendar of live concerts, record-release parties, jazz evenings and stand-up comedy, and on Fridays and Saturdays DJs and club nights run until 03:00 (free entry before midnight, otherwise SEK 100 on Fridays and SEK 120 on Saturdays; concerts earlier in the evening have their own ticket price). Groups can book the venue's unique rooms for private events for 10 to 150 people depending on weekday, time and format, and sound equipment can be hired through the venue's house sound technician. Catering is available for orders of 25 or more people. Opening hours: Monday 16:00-22:00, Tuesday to Thursday 11:30-22:00, Friday and Saturday 11:30-03:00.
