About this venue
Kajskjul 8 is a harbour warehouse built in 1885 for trans-shipment of goods, restored for the 1995 athletics world championships and used since then as a stage for shows and events. Its first big production was the Galenskaparna revue En himla helkväll in autumn 1996, and over 100 productions by different artists have followed, combining dinner with entertainment. Today the company describes the building as a flexible arena for meetings, events and conferences as well as for restaurant shows and live music, and it has a sales and event team that takes company bookings. The event listing currently includes shows and festivals such as a country festival, and a summer quay area, hotel packages and gift cards are offered.
