Kulturclub Biebrich

For about twenty years the Kulturclub Biebrich has been a small phenomenon in the south of Wiesbaden: a volunteer-run, non-commercial Kleinkunst stage in a hairdresser's salon. Once a week during the season the salon's workstations and mirrors are pushed aside and the shop becomes a stage for live music of many genres, theatre, dance evenings and wine and food tastings, with events also held in the courtyard of the property. The Biebricher Höfefest started here. Since 2021 the club has been a non-profit company (gUG) and runs its programme without fixed public funding. Recent concerts include Balkan and klezmer music and traditional blues. Tickets are sold at the Wiesbaden Tourist Information on Marktplatz and online.
