Kulturhuset Bergsjön

Kulturhuset Bergsjön opened on 17 August 2022 beside Rymdtorget and is run by the City of Gothenburg's culture administration; activities are free. The house has a library, ceramics studio, music studio, dance studio, craft and art workspace, group rooms, an exhibition hall and stages for music, dance and theatre, plus a café and, next door, Restaurang Hayat. Its first year drew over 116 000 visits and, on average, just over one event a day, seven days a week. Visitors can read, create, study, rehearse or see a performance, and the house takes exhibitions and local producers. Group rooms for studying or working can be booked online, and the City's page links to room hire at libraries, museums and cultural centres.
