About this venue
Lincoln Castle is a Norman castle beside the cathedral in uphill Lincoln, built from 1068 and home to one of the four surviving 1215 copies of Magna Carta. Its walled grounds are used as an outdoor concert arena each summer for the Live at Lincoln Castle series, and the site runs a year-round programme of lunchtime talks, guided tours, seasonal trails and family events. It is operated by Lincolnshire County Council.
