Martinis is a New York-inspired show bar and nightclub at 3 Skene Terrace, opened in 2025 by pool player Martin McIntosh after a full refurbishment of the previously derelict Forum bar and club. Singing waiting staff draw on the Ellen's Stardust Diner format; a sports bar upstairs overlooks the main stage with pool tables, darts and Sky Sports. Capacity around 900.
