About this venue

Moltke's Palæ is a baroque palace in Frederiksstaden, at the corner of Bredgade and Dronningens Tværgade. It was built in 1700-1702 for Ulrik Frederik Gyldenløve and takes its name from the Moltke family, who owned it from 1852 until 1930, when the Association of Craftsmen in Copenhagen bought it; the association still owns it. Today the building is let for weddings, corporate events, private events, meetings and conferences, and the vaulted cellar houses the restaurant a|o|c. A listing describes room for up to 750 guests across its many halls and salons, with smaller salons for smaller gatherings.
