About this venue
Peel Hall is the concert hall of the University of Salford's Peel Building, the red Accrington brick and terracotta landmark designed by Henry Lord in 1896 that stands at the front of the Peel Park campus on The Crescent. The hall seats up to 300 in a tiered format and is hired out for musical performances, recordings, conferences and presentations; the rest of the building holds lecture theatres, classrooms and meeting rooms. It has a long history as a public concert venue in Salford and remains the university's principal recital space.
