About this venue
Radar is a live music venue at Karen Wegeners Gade 6 in Aarhus, in the Godsbanen area but a separate operation from Godsbanen itself at no. 8. Its concert programme leans to alternative, punk, metal, rock, jazz and folk, with a local and international mix and some talks and festivals. The hall holds 300 standing or 100 seated in cinema layout, and about 60 seated at café tables. There is a bar, an entrance with cloakroom and a handicap toilet. Radar hires its hall to companies, schools, associations and others for closed or open events such as talks, networking, fashion shows, film screenings and release parties; chairs and tables, a projector and a microphone are included. The maximum sound level at the sound desk is 103 dB(A).
