About this venue
Rademacherscenen is an outdoor stage within the Rademachersmedjorna area, one of Sweden's best-preserved 17th-century industrial environments, built around the country's first forge manufactory from the 1650s. The municipality describes the stage as perfect for theatre and music, with the setting and feel of a Swedish summer. The stage is 12.8 m wide and 6.0 m deep, with fold-up plinths for a lower stage floor (about 1.4 m) and a dressing room. There are no steps to the stage, and a toilet is available within the area. Companies, organisations and private persons can book the stage for a fee by phone or email, or through the municipality's booking portal under Book resource and Rademacherscenen. The price list is held by the municipal rentals office. The stage is outdoors, so use depends on the weather and season.
