About this venue

Regent's Park Open Air Theatre stands inside the Inner Circle of The Regent's Park, about ten minutes' walk from Baker Street. Founded in 1932, it is Britain's largest permanent outdoor theatre and one of the oldest professional open-air theatres in the country.

It runs a single summer season each year, typically from May to September, mixing Shakespeare and other classics with musicals, new plays and family shows. The site also has bars and a barbecue and picnic area open before performances.
