About this venue
Södermanlands-Nerikes nation, which calls itself Sweden's oldest nation, is one of Uppsala's thirteen student nations. Its nation house has been a place for meetings and parties since it opened in 1897. It runs a restaurant, gasques and balls, and lets out its festival floor for celebrations. The hall holds up to 188 people and the nation only takes groups of at least 60. Its hire page noted that no further enquiries were being accepted for autumn term 2025 and asked interested parties to contact the third curator for later periods.
