About this venue
Spillestedet Paletten is Viborg's music venue, in a newly designed hall at Tingvej 20 in the Viborg Stadium area, built for 500 guests according to its own history page (it moved there in 2021). The hall has a balcony, a bar and professional sound and lighting. The programme (dated into 2027) covers rock, blues, jazz, folk and singer-songwriter acts, jam nights and tribute concerts. The venue was a state-designated regional venue for 2021-2024 and has been a state-supported (honorarstøttet) venue since 2025. The hall can be rented for conferences, exhibitions, concerts, meetings, fashion shows and parties for groups from two to several hundred people, in or outside opening hours, with technical solutions supplied by the venue. Sound and light specifications and patch plans are downloadable on the site.
