About this venue

Stavanger Museum on Muségata is the main building of Museum Stavanger (MUST), the consolidated museum organisation that runs eight museums in the city on a single ticket — among them Stavanger Kunstmuseum, IDDIS (the Norwegian Graphics Museum and Canning Museum) and Utstein Kloster. The building houses natural history and cultural history collections and runs a regular public programme, including a weekly Babykafé for parents with small children. Fuglesalen at Stavanger Museum is one of five MUST rooms let for events, alongside the auditorium at Stavanger Kunstmuseum, Dingley at IDDIS, the manor house Holmeegenes and Utstein Kloster. Capacities and rates are not published; enquiries go through MUST.
