A wine bar, restaurant and intimate stage in a historic stone vault on Tyholmen in Arendal.
Steenhuset occupies an old stone vault on Tyholmen, right across from Clarion Hotel Tyholmen. The restaurant serves fine dining, the floor above houses Steenhuset Vinbar (a natural-wine focused wine bar with tasting flights and themed events), and the top floor holds an intimate stage seating 40-50 people for concerts, debates, conversations and launches.
Stage
An intimate stage on the top (third) floor, designed and decorated by artist Lise Fløystad, with sound system and projector. Used for concerts, debates, conversations and launches, and available to rent for private events and meetings.
