Rules & Policies
- Age policy: 18+ (individual events may vary)
- Curfew: Events permitted daily 09:00–03:00
- Catering policy: No outside alcohol; house bar serves during all events
- Alcohol licensing: On-site bar operates for all events
- Cancellation policy: 3 months’ notice for larger events, 1 month for smaller events
