The Book Corner

The Book Corner is an independent bookshop in The Piece Hall, Halifax, stocking hand-picked fiction and non-fiction with a dedicated children's section.

It runs a ticketed programme of author talks, launches and signings, some in the shop and some at neighbouring venues, and with The Grayston Unity it presents Halifax's annual Festival of Words each October. It is a tenant of The Piece Hall, which has its own record in this directory; it keeps a separate record because it trades and programmes under its own name. No capacity is published, so none is recorded here.
