Uppsala slott

Uppsala slott is a state heritage building (byggnadsminne) on the hill above the city, today the governor's residence and home to museums and other tenants. Its historic halls can be booked for corporate events, conferences, gala dinners, jubilees, representation dinners and mingles through Rikssalen Gastronomi, with arrangements of up to 750 guests in total. The Rikssalen, the castle's best-known room, holds up to 550; the Övre Galleriet, with views over Uppsala and the Botaniska trädgården, up to 250; and the Vasasalen up to 150, used for pre-dinner mingle and cocktail receptions. The Kristinasalen, with an adjoining bar, is often used as a dance floor after dinner. Uppsala kommun also lists the castle courtyard (Borggården) as a bookable event site.
