About this venue
Volume Village opened in 2022 at Thomas Koppels Gade 201, under the Ringgadebroen bridge next to the Godsbanen area in Aarhus. It works as a concert venue, cultural house and nightclub and grew out of the youth-led culture association Aarhus Volume, which has run festivals and concerts since 2016. The programme on its site runs from 31 October 2026 to the outdoor Beta festival in May 2027 and mixes club nights, hip hop, jazz and other concerts. It can be hired, mainly for larger and public events: the indoor venue has a stage and professional sound and light, the outdoor area Brohaven under the bridge can be used for festivals, long-table dinners and concerts, and with the outdoor area events of up to 2,000 people are possible. The small room Drivhuset takes up to 30 seated guests, with a kitchen and bar. Hire is by email, and a venue specification sheet is offered for download.
