About this venue
Gorilla is an industrial-chic bar, restaurant, live music venue and club housed in a railway arch beneath Manchester Oxford Road station, on the site of the former Green Room theatre. Since opening in 2012 it has become one of the city's definitive mid-sized gig venues, hosting touring bands and club nights alongside a day-to-day restaurant and a mezzanine gin parlour. The main hall holds up to 500 standing and has welcomed acts from The 1975 to Dirty Projectors, alongside regular indie, electronic and comedy nights.
