About this venue

Krambua is a pub and restaurant at Krambugata 12-14 in the centre of Trondheim, serving traditional Norwegian dishes cooked from scratch in a plain, comfortable room. It is a pub with music rather than a dedicated concert venue: live blues is the standing Saturday fixture, and the Operapub — singers performing in the middle of the room — comes round the first Wednesday of every month. The house recommends booking a table on those nights. Two separate rooms, Kongestua and Dronningrommet, are let for groups, meetings and private gatherings alongside the main dining room; no capacities are published for either. The kitchen and bar are open Monday to Thursday 11:00-24:00, Friday and Saturday 11:00-02:00 and Sunday 15:00-22:00, with the kitchen closing an hour or two earlier. There is a 20-year age limit after 22:00. Bookings go to booking@krambua.no and general enquiries to post@krambua.no.
